What is included with the HugBag?

The regular HugBag includes a diaper backpack in your selected color, a baby carrier, hip seat and changing pad. It is $120 with standard US shipping included.

Do I need to empty the bag to take out the carrier?

No. The carrier folds into a compact rectangle and stores in the backpack. You can take it out while keeping your supplies packed. Watch the carrier demonstration.

Can I use the carrier without the backpack?

Yes. Use the carrier on its own or with the backpack according to the assembly and fit guidance in the Lublu instructions. Watch the standalone carrier demonstration.

How long is the waistband?

The waistband is approximately 52 inches. Review the instructions for adjustment and fit. Contact us if you would like help checking the fit before ordering.

What are the carrier's age and weight requirements?

Review the current product instructions and manual for the requirements for each carrier or hip-seat configuration. Follow those instructions for assembly, positioning and use.

Is shipping included, and can I choose express delivery?

The regular HugBag is $120 with standard US shipping included. Expedited shipping costs extra at checkout. Delivery timing depends on your destination and the service you choose.

What is the return window?

For regular HugBag purchases, request a return within 30 days of delivery. See the return policy for eligibility and instructions. Sale defect items are final sale under the terms on our sale page.
